Seeder System<br />

• Designed for small to midsize operations with a production capacity up to 500 flats/hour<br />

• One of the fastest, most accurate and reliable seeders available<br />

• Seed the whole plug tray at once, not one row at a time<br />

• The system uses a vacuum to hold the seed in place. The seeder is placed directly onto<br />

the tray to be seeded and the vacuum valves releases the seed on the tray<br />

• The system includes a seeder plate, vacuum, inspection light, excess seed dumping tray<br />

and tray holder<br />

• No motors, solenoids, bearings, or electrical components to break down<br />

• Made of lightweight polycarbonate with machined aluminum seeder plates<br />

• The seeder plates are available in either F1020 or Speedling format with holes from A-G.<br />

• Seeder plates have a seed channel for more efficient seeding and are available with either<br />

countersunk or plain holes depending upon the seed type. See below for more information<br />

• The inspection light provides a quick visual inspection to insure all holes have a seed in<br />

place to be dropped into the flat<br />

• Transparent seeder body allows for easy inspection for clogged holes and/or misses<br />

• Optional Dibbler is used to indent media, allowing the seed to fall to the center of the cell<br />
