Grower Capillary Mats
Unique, one-of-a-kind technology mimics the natural capillary actions of soil to move water to plants
efficiently and precisely. Water is delivered directly to the root zone of the plant, where it is needed most.
No waste, just results
• Millions of gallons of water are wasted every day in garden centers and greenhouses through traditional watering methods
• Significantly reduces water usage, plant loss and overall cost
• Improves plant quality and uniformity among plants
• Enables soil to move and store water, even when working against gravity
• Pervious top layer, geo-textile capillary fiber middle layer & impermeable backing layer
• Cuts water usage up to 70% compared to traditional overhead watering
grower capillary mats
Designed for greenhouses, nurseries, small home growers
and large scale commercial growers
• Water mats are designed to maintain a wide variety of
plants/sizes
• Delivers nutrients consistently, produces less run-off and
protects plants from root rot because soil only draws up as
much water as it can use
• Mats can be plumbed directly to existing irrigation, adapted
to utilize drip tape and can be set up with automatic
watering systems
This is a complete Capillary mat system. Includes a plastic bottom, a capillary mat layer, drip tube and a fabric top layer. The only thing that
needs to be added is a header to connect the mat to a water source. All a Grower needs is openings in the bottom of the container that allow
the soil to make contact with the mats. Connected to a water source and timer, these mats provide the most efficient way to grow crops. Mats
can be cut to any length desired. There just needs to be a header for each separate mat. Headers connect to a garden hose.
2’, 3’, 5’ and custom sizes are also available. Call for Pricing.
