QuickPot Propagation Trays
HerkuPlast was found in 1972 by
Dr. Juergen Kuben along with a group
of growers who saw a need for trays
that could be used multiple times.
Better handling and the possibility of
being able to push out plants with a
push out plate led to the development
of QuickPot. These trays have an
approximate lifetime of 10 years.
HerkuPlast’s tray program consists of
over 130 different propagation trays,
customizable to fit your needs.

Quickpots Trays
Herkuplast quickpot propagation trays
• QuickPot trays are made of heavy-duty re-usable
polystyrene and, treated with care, will last 10
years, making the cost per plant very low
• Most QuickPot trays are made with large base holes
allowing easy plant removal using the push-out plate.
• These large holes, the protrusions in the
cell base and the “cut in arch base” ensure
excellent drainage and oxygen supply.
• The high-quality and rigidity of these trays, allow for
efficient handling, filling, seeding and plant extraction.
• All trays nest and separate easily, due to the built-in
destacking lugs of trays
• The smooth surface enables easy cleaning and
disinfecting, both chemically and by hot water
treatment (up to 70°C / 168°F).
• All QuickPot trays can be recycled.
Orchid Trays
These Orchid trays have special features that allow for the best root results
when used with glueplugs from different producers.
Among these features are:
• Air chambers at the base to allow for space for roots to develop
• Special cross base
• Air ventilation and drainage holes that allow the use of push-out plates
• Special labelling of plant producers’ name on the side of the tray
• Available in clear and black finishes
Durable and smooth tray construction
allow for easy rooted plant removal!

are available for each tray.
