Dear Chairman,
I am an afficionate reader of Elevatori Magazine,
wondering how the Italian tax measures
(Superbonus and others) are impacting the
vertical transport sector. I would like to read an
article of yours on this subject because it is a topic
I cannot find in other magazines.

Dear Chairman,
the current events of these months highlight
a series of crises that, make the international
situation really difficult to understand. I am
thinking of the war in Ukraine, which shows no
end in sight and which is impacting our economy.
I am thinking of the energy crisis, a topic linked
to the previous one, but I am also thinking of the
climate crisis. In your opinion, in this context, is it
possible to make reliable forecasts for the future
of our industry?

sono un lettore affezionato di Elevatori Magazine,
mi domando come le misure fiscali italiane
(Superbonus e altre) stiano impattando sul
settore del trasporto verticale. Mi piacerebbe
leggere un vostro articolo a riguardo perché è un
tema che non trovo su altri giornali.

Egregio Direttore,
l’attualità di questi mesi mette in luce una serie
di crisi che rendono la situazione internazionale
davvero difficile da comprendere. Penso alla
guerra in Ucraina che non mostra la fine e
che sta impattando sulla nostra economia con
effetti tangibili. Penso alla crisi energetica, tema
legato al precedente, ma penso anche a quella
climatica. Secondo lei, in questo contesto, è
possibile fare previsioni attendibili per il futuro
del nostro settore?

Dear Readers,
I have decided to give a unified
response to the letters you have sent
me, because I believe they are all issues that
also impact our industry and lead me to make
an overall consideration. The vertical transport
sector, although niche, is also affected by
the global market. We have known for a few
decades now that an apparently ‘local’ problem
affects the whole world. This has been the case
for all crises, those we have seen in the past
years and those we are going through today:
the financial crisis of 2008, the health crisis
that started in 2019, the war in Ukraine, not to
mention the climate crisis. Elevatori Magazine
has always managed to address the big issues
of our time, while also trying to grasp the
specific ‘lift’. In this issue of the magazine, for
example, we host an in-depth look at the real
estate market, both Italian and European, with
a focus on tax measures and article by Anie
AssoAscensori, which explains the novelties
in the 2023 Finance Bill on bonuses for the
removal of architectural barriers. Then, in this
issue, we also touch on the theme of climate
change and the high energy price. We do so
with two articles dedicated to mountains and
high-altitude rope transport.

Cari Lettori,
ho deciso di dare una risposta unitaria alle
lettere che mi avete inviato, perché ritengo
che siano tutti temi che impattano anche sul nostro
settore e che mi portano a fare un ragionamento
complessivo. Anche il settore del Trasporto
verticale, pur di nicchia, subisce le conseguenze
del mercato globale. Sappiamo ormai da qualche
decennio che un problema apparentemente ‘locale’
si ripercuote sul mondo intero. È stato così per
tutte le crisi, quelle che abbiamo visto negli anni
scorsi e quelle che stiamo attraversando oggi:
quella finanziaria del 2008, quella sanitaria
iniziata nel 2019, la guerra in Ucraina, per non
parlare della crisi climatica. Elevatori Magazine
è sempre riuscito ad affrontare le grandi
tematiche del nostro tempo, cercando di cogliere
anche lo specifico ‘ascensoristico’. Su questo
numero della rivista, per esempio, ospitiamo
un approfondimento sul mercato immobiliare,
italiano e europeo, con un focus sulle misure
fiscali e un intervento di Anie AssoAscensori, che
spiega le novità nella Finanziaria 2023 sui bonus
per l’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche.
In questo numero, poi, tocchiamo anche il tema
del cambiamento climatico e il caro energia. Lo
facciamo con due articoli dedicati alla montagna
e al trasporto a fune in alta quota.
