There is a noticeable optimization in the utilization
of green spaces. The collaborative and compromising
process between the design team and
the owner has resulted in a design that takes into
account maintenance issues. The design seamlessly
integrates carefully chosen trees and plants into
the façade, incorporating a balanced selection of
evergreen trees on both sides. A sprawling, verdant
expanse graces the uppermost level of the podium
and the fourth floor beneath the majestic tower.
The architecture and landscape architecture teams
collaborated to curate an additional green space,
enhancing the overall working environment. This
space provides a tranquil spot for individuals to
unwind and recharge during their demanding work
schedules. The verdant area has ample room to
incorporate more aquatic features and foliage. The
intention to optimize the green space is achieved by
focusing on this particular portion of the property,
thanks to the lower construction and maintenance
costs compared to if a similar landscape were to
be built in other parts of the building. The podium’s
green space is thoughtfully designed to cater to the
lifestyles and well-being of today’s city dwellers.
It offers a variety of amenities, such as running
tracks, a swimming pool, and recreational areas.
Employees of the companies that are renting the
building’s office spaces can enjoy complimentary
access to a wide range of facilities. In the realm
of sustainability, this project strives to not only
minimize the use of active design elements but
also optimize every aspect of the design process
to reduce excessive material use and increase their
effectiveness in order to achieve the most beneficial
functionalities. The design takes into account both
cost and energy-saving maintenance, along with
its contribution to improving people’s quality of life.
