There is a noticeable optimization in the utilization<br />
of green spaces. The collaborative and compromising<br />
process between the design team and<br />
the owner has resulted in a design that takes into<br />
account maintenance issues. The design seamlessly<br />
integrates carefully chosen trees and plants into<br />
the façade, incorporating a balanced selection of<br />
evergreen trees on both sides. A sprawling, verdant<br />
expanse graces the uppermost level of the podium<br />
and the fourth floor beneath the majestic tower.<br />
The architecture and landscape architecture teams<br />
collaborated to curate an additional green space,<br />
enhancing the overall working environment. This<br />
space provides a tranquil spot for individuals to<br />
unwind and recharge during their demanding work<br />
schedules. The verdant area has ample room to<br />
incorporate more aquatic features and foliage. The<br />
intention to optimize the green space is achieved by<br />
focusing on this particular portion of the property,<br />
thanks to the lower construction and maintenance<br />
costs compared to if a similar landscape were to<br />
be built in other parts of the building. The podium’s<br />
green space is thoughtfully designed to cater to the<br />
lifestyles and well-being of today’s city dwellers.<br />
It offers a variety of amenities, such as running<br />
tracks, a swimming pool, and recreational areas.<br />
Employees of the companies that are renting the<br />
building’s office spaces can enjoy complimentary<br />
access to a wide range of facilities. In the realm<br />
of sustainability, this project strives to not only<br />
minimize the use of active design elements but<br />
also optimize every aspect of the design process<br />
to reduce excessive material use and increase their<br />
effectiveness in order to achieve the most beneficial<br />
functionalities. The design takes into account both<br />
cost and energy-saving maintenance, along with<br />
its contribution to improving people’s quality of life.
