Understanding the presence and beings of various components of nature can lead to the<br />
type of architectural design that allows for multiple dimensions of learning. Ai’s House is<br />
one of the studio’s small-scale residential construction projects. The layout is created to<br />
coincide with wind directions obtained by simulation and other erected structures surrounding<br />
the house. Meanwhile, the house’s layout does not obstruct the airflow of nearby<br />
buildings and is intended to accommodate future changes in function as the users and the<br />
house itself age.<br />

“This is a home where residents can truly live and rest comfortably while making the best use of other<br />
functions. When the pandemic was at its peak, the owner described the house as a space that accommodates<br />
both shared and private activities due to the physical characteristics of the spaces, allowing<br />
for both connection and disconnection, enabling family members to have spaces where they can spend<br />
quality time together. We hope to achieve this with our design so that residents can rest and use a house<br />
or a building with maximum convenience throughout its lifecycle.” Sirithip explained.<br />

“Design and consultancy”<br />
Aside from incorporating sustainable design into every phase of the design process, GreenDwell<br />
also offers green building standard consultation (LEED, Green Mark, or TREES). This service<br />
scope is separated into two parts. Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) provides consultancy<br />
for project owners, designers, and engineers who seek to create buildings with more<br />
environmental potential. The consultation encompasses different aspects of a building as well<br />
as the simulation and synthesis of the obtained data. Meanwhile, the Green Building Consultancy<br />
focuses on providing advice to buildings that want to become green and be certified<br />
by internationally recognized green building standards.<br />
