At the end of this process, the feeder and the distribution network
are complete and ready for end-to-end acceptance testing
consisting of overall distance, insertion loss, and ORL. Additional tests
such as 1310/1550 nm OTDR testing may also be performed at this
point to verify splice and connector distances,losses and reflectances.

The Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) is installed first. Then, the terminal and the Fiber Distribution Frames (FDFs) are installed. The splitter is spliced, and
the CO and terminal are spliced and connected. Testing is performed with an OTDR during splicing. Connectors at the splitter location are left open.
