353. The negative is formed by substituting the negative

(na-m-bii-be) 'I may not have had', etc. The positive and
negative 'dependent forms' are yy or ,^ ,.a and . \
Examples: y y. ^yi\^ 430j (ranga mal-(i)m bii-be) or
y^ p\j. 4X,j (ranga mal-(i)m ha-bu-be) 'I may have a
house', yy |»IU 4>Jj (ranga mal-(i)m na-bii-be) 'I may
not have a house', etc.
