VERBS<br />

193. The Kurdish verbs are of two large classes, transitive<br />

and intransitive, and io each one of these classes there are<br />

both regular and irregular, both simple and compound verbs.<br />

Note.A transitive verb expresses an action which passes from &e<br />

agent to an object, and an intransitive verb expresses an action « State.<br />

that is limited to the agent.
