3085 Playing and Building: Caxixi Toy Library esperiences at the MaréRJ CIEPs<br />

This work aims to systematize the accounts on activities performed<br />

at the Caxixi Toy Library and relate them to the importance of play in<br />

education, having as a bibliographic reference the book “Game, toy,<br />

play and education”, organized by Tizuko M. Kishimoto. Caxixi Toy Library<br />

receives about 650 children in kin<strong>de</strong>rgarten and the first year<br />

of elementary school in the Complexo da Maré, through the Criança<br />

Petrobrás program, a realization of the organization Maré Development<br />

Networks civil society, in partnership with the Rio <strong>de</strong> Janeiro City<br />

Department of Education and the CIEPS teachers, located in areas of<br />

urban violence and little space for sports and playing. Convinced that<br />

playing can be a great ally in the processes of learning, sociability and<br />

environmental awareness, the Toy Library makes use of recycled and<br />

handma<strong>de</strong> toys and seeks to recall games and songs from the popular<br />

culture. Intends to inclu<strong>de</strong> play in the classroom, as a pedagogic strategy,<br />

and to verify if the toy library, by enhancing the environmental<br />

awareness and popular culture, can be consi<strong>de</strong>red as an important and<br />

unique space in Maré’s ludic experiences. Therefore, analyses are applied,<br />

of the experience reports ma<strong>de</strong> by the toy librarians, teachers and<br />

stu<strong>de</strong>nts, during classes and the toy construction workshop activities.<br />

3047 “Labrinca”: Place for valorization of the child ludic culture<br />

LABRINCA (Toys Laboratory of the Application College), inaugurated<br />

in 2003, results from a project of University Extension <strong>de</strong>veloped in<br />

partnership with the courses of Pedagogy, Physical Education, Library<br />

Science, Psychology and Architecture in UFSC. Intends to research,<br />

experiment, file and discuss the uses of games, toys and play in the<br />

early gra<strong>de</strong>s of elementary school. In this process, the articulation between<br />

teaching, research and extension is focused (attendance during<br />

class time and in alternative hours to the CA stu<strong>de</strong>nts, visits from other<br />

schools, training activities, etc.). Besi<strong>de</strong>s the CA stu<strong>de</strong>nts and teachers,<br />

3034 Ludic education and toy library organization: Experience of training<br />

teachers from the municipal schools of Santa Luz–Bahia<br />

This experience report, performed by an educator from the program<br />

of training teachers in the city schools of Santa Luz-Bahia, focuses on<br />

studying the Ludic and the preparation of toy librarians. This program<br />

aims to promote the comprehension of the ludic from the conceptual,<br />

historical, educative and psychological points of view, as a resource for<br />

self-knowledge and as an enhancer of the educational work, and consi<strong>de</strong>rs<br />

the ludic dimension to be inherent in the living beings, revealing:<br />

1] the relations that the human beings, especially children and youngsters,<br />

have with the world, 2] the way they <strong>de</strong>al with emotions and<br />

affection, 3] the structures that are being consolidated, 4] the way they<br />

LABRINCA also assists other schools and institutions that would like to<br />

know more about it through the Let’s Meet UFSC Project. It has support<br />

from monitors, stu<strong>de</strong>nts awar<strong>de</strong>d with non-obligatory scholarships,<br />

in charge of assisting those who visit and attend, looking forward to<br />

observe and register the experiences in the toy library. A greater integration<br />

has been observed of the contents on infancyludicityplay in<br />

different disciplines of the various graduation courses involved and the<br />

increase of production and scientific promotion of the subject.<br />

with the interests and the intellectual and contextual conditions<br />

experiences that produce inner and outer movements, in or<strong>de</strong>r to<br />

absorb, through reflections, the real meaning of such<br />

movementsfeelings, increasing the process Learning-<br />

-Apprenticeship to Learning-Apprenticeship-Feeling,<br />

according to the parameters of the Creationist Theory.<br />
