MANUAL PARA LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN Y PRODUCCIÓN DE SEMILLAS Y PLANTAS FORESTALES En el Capítulo 12 se señalan ciertas excepciones en cuanto a la expedición y contenido de los citados documentos identificativos en razón de la cantidad de la partida o del momento de su comercialización. En el caso de que la comercialización de material (semillas, plantas o partes de plantas) conlleve su traslado a otro estado miembro de la Unión Europea, el proveedor deberá facilitar al órgano competente la información necesaria relativa al suministro para que dicha autoridad designada pueda cumplimentar el Documento de Información, conforme a lo establecido en el Reglamento nº 1598/2002 de la Comisión, referido a asistencia administrativa mutua entre organismos oficiales. 12. LIBRO-REGISTRO Al objeto de que se pueda proceder al control identificativo de los lotes a partir de la contabilidad material, es preciso que todo proveedor de materiales forestales de reproducción (frutos, semillas, plantas y partes de plantas) disponga de un fichero actualizado, integrado por un libro de registro (en papel o en soporte informático) y por todos aquellos documentos justificativos, que ha de conservar durante un plazo prudencial. En tal fichero se reflejarán cronológicamente para cada lote todas aquellas operaciones o movimientos correspondientes (entradas, conversiones post extracción, acondicionamientos, mermas, repesos, subdivisiones para ventas, bajas, siembras, operaciones culturales, expediciones, etc.), con indicación de la fecha, la localización, la cantidad afectada, el saldo, los proveedores y destinatarios de los materiales, números de etiquetas y de documentos, etc. Asimismo, en el caso de los viveristas, éstos deben estar en opción de facilitar un plano de las instalaciones en el que aparezca reflejado la situación de cada uno de los lotes de plantas. Estas obligaciones afectan también a los proveedores que comercien con materiales de reproducción sin producirlos ellos mismas. Cuadro 12.
