hazard!
For information relating to ventilation installation and minimum cross-sections, please refer to current
installation and safety regulations (and subsequent amendments) for the country in which the oven is installed.
Take extra care to ensure that the volume of air required for combustion is not in any way obstructed by
objects placed underneath or around the appliance (and especially near the ventilation openings).
Always make sure the airflow is sufficient, in order to ensure that combustion takes place properly and that
the exchange of air (essential for room hygiene) takes place efficiently.
Caution!
Connection to the gas supply, any work required on the gas circuit inside the appliance and all procedures
relating to the channelling of exhaust gases must be performed by technicians registered the relevant authorities
as required by law for the country in which the appliance is installed. These technicians must, nevertheless,
workplace. In light of the above information, UNOX accepts no responsibility for any situation resulting from
or this manual.
To ensure that the standard appliance settings correspond to the actual connection conditions, the first time
the appliance is operated it will be necessary to perform an analysis of the burner exhaust gases, steam and
hot air (CO, CO2), recording the measured values on the appliance.
If the undiluted CO value is greater than 1000 ppm, the burner setting should be checked and, if necessary,
adjusted by a technician authorised by the company, in accordance with the setting instructions.
Always make sure the gas connection pipes, and any pipes used in relevant measuring systems, comply with
the size indications provided.
All parts not supplied by UNOX must be approved in accordance with current regulations.
If the pipe pressure differs from the connection flow pressure, contact the local gas authority.
If the natural gas connection flow pressure is over 30 mbar, the appliance cannot be operated and the gas
part must be shut off.
Caution!
The gas system components are designed for a maximum connection flow pressure of 60 mbar. Higher
operating pressure values are not permitted.
