The Verona and Padua municipal markets can be
seen as the natural F&V trade hub between Italy
and northern and eastern Europe.
What makes them so natural is, first off, their geographic

which lies at the crossroads of the two major motorways
running east-west (A4) and north-south (A22 to
Brenner Pass). Then there’s their strategic position
within modern and efficient logistics hubs offering
road, rail and air transport. And, as we all know, the
road-and-rail tandem will play an increasingly central
role in the future trade expansion strategies geared to
protecting the Europe’s environment.

A decretarlo sono innanzitutto la loro naturale collocazione
geografica, soprattutto per quello di Verona, esattamente
all’incrocio tra gli assi autostradali Ovest-Est (A4) e
Sud-Nord (A22 del Brennero), e il posizionamento strategico
all’interno di moderni ed efficienti poli logistici integrati
(gomma – rotaia – aeroporto). E tutti ben sanno che
l’integrazione gomma-rotaia assumerà sempre maggiore
importanza nelle future strategie di sviluppo dei commerci
