Il robot delta a Fuorisalone 2017
Un robot giapponese impegnato nella dama
cinese: il robot delta Fanuc M-1iA (nella foto) è
uscito dalla fabbrica per giocare un ruolo da
protagonista nello spazio creativo del Design
Hostel, l’ostello temporaneo allestito in occasione
della Milan Design Week in Bovisa lo scorso aprile.
Nello spazio “Fabbrica” di questa factory
verticale, infatti, Fanuc e TesLab hanno installato
un’applicazione che ha visto il robot delta M-1iA
impegnato a giocare a dama cinese, il popolare
gioco da tavolo tedesco con sfere e tavoliere, in
una serie di partite in modalità “solitario”.

The application installed by Fanuc and TesLab in
the “Factory” space of this vertical factory saw the
M-1iA delta robot playing Chinese checkers, the
popular German game table with balls and the
board, in a series of games in “solitaire” mode.

introdurre sistemi 4.0 servono quindi investimenti
nelle infrastrutture. Il Piano Nazionale varato dal
Governo è sicuramente un contributo importante,
ma che, da solo, non può essere sufficiente”.
Tre pacchetti per qualsiasi esigenza
Più nello specifico, Fanuc propone tre pacchetti Industry
4.0 con l’obiettivo di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i clienti,
dalle piccole officine fino ai grandi gruppi industriali. Si
tratta di pacchetti costituiti da prodotti e soluzioni Fanuc
già disponibili, però assemblati specificamente per venire
incontro a diverse esigenze.
Il Livello 1 è un pacchetto “pronto all’uso”, che il cliente
acquista e installa senza apportare personalizzazioni rilevanti,
e che permette di interconnettere i diversi elementi
del sistema con l’obiettivo di raccogliere i dati relativi allo
stato delle macchine, l’efficienza, le prestazioni attraverso
l’impiego di interfacce HMI intelligenti. Una solida base di

necessary prerequisite, however, implies having
an organized and lean production, as Industry 4.0
is only the last part of a more complex process.
Investing in infrastructure is then necessary to
introduce 4.0-systems. The National Plan launched
by the government is certainly an important
contribution, but that alone may not be enough”.
Three levels for any requirement
More into detail, Fanuc offers three “Industry 4.0”
packages in order to meet the needs of all customers,
from small workshops to large industrial groups. These
packages rely on Fanuc products and solutions already
available, however specifically assembled to meet
several needs.
Level 1 is a “ready to use” package, which the customer
purchases and installs without making significant
customizations. It allows users to interconnect the
