La presentazione dell’indagine sulla
soddisfazione degli Associati
La prima parte della mattina è stata riservata alla
presentazione dell’indagine sulla soddisfazione degli
Associati, affidata alla società specializzata “Freni” di
Firenze e volta a conoscere le esigenze degli Associati
e la validità degli strumenti con i quali AIdAM informa
e dialoga con le imprese aderenti. Le risposte fornite
da un numero consistente di soci ed ex soci intervistati
hanno evidenziato un generale apprezzamento per
l’attività svolta da AIdAM, con una quota dell’82% di
soddisfazione relativamente al rapporto tra servizi offerti
e costo della quota associativa. Apprezzamento
è stato espresso anche per le iniziative di internazionalizzazione
intraprese, per l’attività di formazione e per
gli strumenti di comunicazione, mentre si è registrata
un’attesa molto intensa per un contatto più stretto e
puntuale, in vista di possibili cooperazioni, tra gli imprenditori
del settore.

Dopo un interessante tour guidato tra le sale del Museo
dell’Alfa Romeo, dove sono esposti prototipi, modelli storici
e auto da corsa dagli anni ’10 fino ai nostri giorni, la
sessione pomeridiana è stata aperta dalla parte straor-

The presentation of the survey on
member companies satisfaction
The first part of the morning was devoted to the
presentation of the survey on member companies
satisfaction, conducted by the Florence-based
specialized company “Freni”. The survey aimed to find
the associates’ needs as well as the validity of the media
employed by AIdAM to inform and communicate.
The answers provided by a large number of members
and former members interviewed showed a general
appreciation for the work done by AIdAM, with an 82%
share of satisfaction about the cost/benefit ratio.
Appreciation was also expressed for internationalization
initiatives, as well as training and communication tools.
The survey also showed the need for closer contact and
communication among the entrepreneurs, in view of a
possible closer cooperation.
The report of the outgoing President
After an interesting guided tour through the halls of
Museo Alfa Romeo, which exhibits prototypes, historical
models and racing cars from the ‘10s to the present day,
the afternoon was opened by the extraordinary session
of the Assembly, which has led to the amendment of
two articles of the association’s charter.
Then, the outgoing President Alessandro Torsoli, who
reached the end of his second and last term, presented
his usual report, aiming not only to summarize the
initiatives undertaken during the last year, but also to
take stock of what has been done over his two terms
as president of AIdAM. Torsoli hands to his successor a
healthy Association, with many ideas and projects to be
developed.
The renewal of the association’s offices
The associates then elected the Executive Board, made
of 11 members: Michele Viscardi (Cosberg), Fabio
Greco (KLAI.N.robotics), Franco Perico (Automac),
Michele Merola (TMP Engineering), Jury De Col (Fre Tor),
Davide Barbato (Robotunits), Gaetano Noè (Lamanna
Fratelli), Milena Longoni (Image S), Andrea Bechini
(Festo), Nicola Lo Russo (Vision), and Claudio Ongaro
(Adat). The newly elected AIdAM Executive Board
then appointed the new president, Michele Viscardi
(Cosberg), who will hold office for three years.
The Arbitrators for the next three years will be Fausto
Villa (Camozzi), Stefano Casazza (Misumi Europe) and
Walter Severgnini (SMC). The new revisor is Luigi Rosa
(R4 Automation). n
