“L’azienda è operativa dal 2010, quando quello che<br />
era allora un ufficio tecnico si è evoluto, aggiungendo<br />
alla progettazione anche la costruzione delle macchine”,<br />
racconta il CEO Ivan Riboni, “prima conto terzi<br />
e, da un paio d’anni, con il marchio IDM Automation.<br />
Oggi la produzione si divide tra soluzioni standard e impianti<br />
speciali, questi ultimi con un’incidenza superiore<br />
al 50%. È soprattutto progettando macchine speciali,<br />
infatti, che possiamo fare ricerca e sviluppare innovazione”.<br />
Quello della cosmesi è un settore sì di nicchia, ma in<br />
crescita.E stanno cambiando rapidamente le esigenze<br />
dei clienti. “Adesso ci viene richiesto non solo di riempireiflaconi-prosegueRiboni-madiprendereincarico<br />
l’intero ciclo, incluse le operazioni di etichettatura, confezionamento,<br />
chiusura della scatola ecc. La capacità<br />
di costruire impianti “chiavi in mano” sta diventando<br />
sempre più importante, perché i clienti finali preferiscono<br />
rivolgersi a un interlocutore unico”.<br />

dell’automazione.<br />

di fornire non solo i robot, ma anche i motori brushless,<br />
i PLC e tutto ciò che compone l’automazione della linea,<br />

Specialized in the manufacturing of machinery and<br />
plants for the cosmetics sector, IDM Automation is a<br />
young and dynamic company with headquarters<br />
in Vigevano. The partnership with Mitsubishi Electric,<br />
which supplied the complete automation platform,<br />
has enabled the company to create a “turnkey”<br />
automated system for filling and closing bottles.<br />
The system, in its demo version, will be on display at<br />
the Know-how 4.0 area at the next SPS IPC Drives in<br />
