impegnato nelle fasi di assemblaggio fornendogli la
componentistica necessaria per completare le fasi
di assiematura nel rispetto dell’ergonomia del posto
di lavoro, esattamente nel momento in cui occorre,
secondo una specifica sequenza preimpostata e
con una facile programmazione.
“La cassettiera che abbiamo progettato può essere
utilizzata nei reparti di assemblaggio di diversi settori:
dall’automotive al comparto degli elettrodomestici
allo stampaggio plastico e, in generale, tutto il settore
manufatturiero”, spiega Claudio Garzisi. “È un prodotto
pensato sia per gli integratori che per i costruttori
ed è disponibile in 5 modelli, che differiscono in
funzione del numero di cassetti, dello spazio disponibile
e della dimensione dei particolari. Abbiamo voluto
rendere il prodotto altamente personalizzabile e
semplificarne l’utilizzo: il software a bordo permette,

remains their key sector, the company has gained
experience over the years in the healthcare, food
or chemical fields. “Our company is quite small”,
says Claudio Garzisi, one of the two partners
of the Lazio-based company. “We have about
twenty employees but still manage to ensure high
quality standards, in terms of both end result
and assistance. We are able to offer solutions
for handling, testing or production, ranging from
testing benches to automatic machines for
production and assembly, up to patented products
such as an automatic drawer that we have
recently launched”.
Gav Sistemi works with both Italian and foreign
customers: from Macedonia to Romania, up
to Brazil, Mexico and the USA. “We delivered
machines even to China: we know how to work in
an international context and we are able adapt
also to very different regulations. In the future, we
would like to explore new markets”, adds Mr Garzisi.

Specialists in air-bag assembly machines
In particular, over the years, Gav Sistemi has
manufactured several machines for the assembly
of air-bags in the automotive sector. This is quite
a considerable experience in a very interesting
and challenging market niche. “We know the airbags
field very well and we usually work with the
customer from the early design stage: it is actually
a co-design”,
explains Fabrizio Vona, the other partner of
Gav Sistemi. “Manufacturing an air-bag implies
several stages. We can build assembly and testing
machines, both with vision systems and other types
of poka-yoke, as well as electrical testing machines
or rather machines for the final packaging of the
