Balluff safety concept includes a constantly<br />
growing number of products and components<br />
that minimize danger for people and production<br />
systems. These components are easy to integrate<br />
into a control system (barriers, interlocks, button<br />
and safety Hub 8-port).<br />
To increase the efficiency of safety concepts and<br />
integrate them into the control system, Balluff also<br />
developed the Safety Hub, the first integrated<br />
safety solution that uses IO-Link.<br />
In the new BNI IOF I/O module, IO-Link provides<br />
both details of sensors/actuators and secure<br />
information, which means that users can get<br />
the best of both worlds using a single system.<br />
The solution arranges integration of the safety<br />
technology to the sensor level in the simplest way<br />
possible.<br />
Here, the I/O module only has to be linked to<br />
the existing system via the IO-Link master and<br />
almost any safety device can be connected. The<br />
parameters are configured centrally using the<br />
controller to which the IO-Link master previously<br />
transmitted all safety-relevant information. n<br />

Per aumentare l’efficienza dei concetti di sicurezza e<br />
integrarli nel sistema di controllo, Balluff ha sviluppato<br />
il Safety Hub, la prima soluzione di sicurezza che utilizza<br />
IO-Link. Nel nuovo modulo I/O BNI IOF con interfaccia<br />
IO-Link vengono forniti sia i dettagli di sensori/attuatori<br />
che le informazioni sicure. Ciò significa che, con<br />
un unico sistema, è possibile monitorare lo stato dei<br />
sensori, degli attuatori e dei componenti di sicurezza.<br />
A tale scopo, il modulo I/O deve essere collegato solamente<br />
tramite il master IO-Link dell’impianto esistente<br />
ed è già possibile connettere praticamente ogni dispositivo<br />
di sicurezza. La parametrizzazione avviene<br />
tramite il controllo, a cui il master IO-Link ha già precedentemente<br />
trasmesso tutte le informazioni rilevanti<br />
