30) with an age limit of 75 - 99 years, x = 79,3 ± 9,38, and the blood<br />

pressure was regulated by hypertensive therapy. Plasma fibrinogen<br />

concentration was measured by thrombine method of Clauss, albumin<br />

concentration by BCG, and plasma viscosity was determined by<br />

plasma viscosimeter of the Frezenius firm. The results obtained were<br />

confronted by a reference group (n = 25) whose blood pressure ranged<br />

within normal limits. In the moment of blood sampling for biochemical<br />

analyses, the cases examined showed blood pressure ranging from<br />

120/70 to 180/100 mmHg (x = 144,78/78,42 ± 36,27/20,8). Elevated<br />

blood pressure had 52,1% of the group. Plasma viscosity values ranges<br />

from 1,08 - 2,29 mPas (x = 1,30 ± 0,23) and those values compared as<br />

to the reference group (x = 1,22 ± 0,05) showed in 54% higher values,<br />

while in 62,5% plasma fibrinogen had pathological values from 2,51 -<br />

6,6 g/L (x = 4,33 ± 1,0). There are data in literature speaking about<br />

some plasma metabolites which are decreasing with the age such as<br />

albumin, while the plasma fibrinogen concentration is increasing. The<br />

interpretation of the biochemical analyses in elderly patients should<br />

be done individually depending on their clinical picture.<br />

Osiguranje kvalitete se bavi procjenom svih analitičkih postupaka<br />

(od skupljanja uzoraka do interpretacije rezultata). Kontrola kvalitete<br />

(QC) je dio osiguranja kvalitete (QA). Zadatak kontrole kvalitete je<br />

potvrda da analitički rezultati - nalazi izdani u nekom laboratoriju<br />

udovoljavaju specifičnim zahtjevima ili potrebama korisnika. U ovom<br />

radu prikazana je jedna od metoda kontrole kvalitete koja ispunjava<br />

i dokumentira zahtjeve za pouzdanom, točnom i preciznom HPLC<br />

analizom. To uključuje validaciju koja pokazuje da metoda u načelu<br />

udovoljava zahtjevima, testiranje aparata koje pokazuje da aparat radi<br />

ispravno i precizno te "test podesnosti sustava" koji pokazuje da su<br />

rezultati dobiveni tom metodom i na tom aparatu, koristeći određenu<br />

kolonu za zadanu analizu točni i precizni, ako se isključe sve pogreške<br />

koje se ne odnose na opremu ili metodu.<br />
