The Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU), one of Europe's largest foundations that promotes

innovative and exemplary environmental projects, has awarded this highest endowed

European environmental award to Hans G. Huber, member of the board of directors

of the Hans Huber AG and member of the scientific advisory board of the Institute, for his

innovative decentralised wastewater treatment technology. “As a visionary businessman
