LA LOUPE Lech Zürs No. 3 - Winter

Thorsten probost hosted an event at restaurant Fux where colleagues
were invited to cook together. I wanted to revive this idea of exchange
and cooking together for the chefs from restaurants around the
Arlberg and everyone was on fire immediately.
L.L. ⁄ For guests spending this year’s winter holidays in
Lech – what’s to expect from “LöffelWeise”?
p.s. ⁄ Well, similar to the past 5 years there are going to be quite a
few exciting events that circle around the topic of pleasure, pleasure
is intended in a broader sense here though, it’s not just about food
but about wines and spirits too. This concept has proved very successful
in the past year! Many international winemakers and top chefs
have come to Lech and this year, each night is going to be a highlight
for the participating house once more.
L.L. ⁄ Does an exchange of culinary knowledge take place during this
event?
m.p. ⁄ Most definitely! Getting to know each other, exchanging ideas
and making contacts for the future is one of the main ideas behind
“LöffelWeise”.
L.L. ⁄ To be committed to quality is a way of life.
How do you feel about that?
m.p. ⁄ “LöffelWeise” is supposed to be a way of showing our
commitment to quality. Fortunately Lech offers great quality
