Swisstopo topographic maps from the Swiss Federal Office of Topography are without doubt some of the

version.

Touratech QV Map Top 50 Switzerland
The 1:50.000 scale map is perfect if you prefer a lower-cost
map and don’t need every last detail.
Sometimes the level of detail on a Top50 map is a better compromise
for display on mobile devices with a small screen than
the same highly detailed Top25 map. Includes SRTM3 elevation
data (90 m resolution) for the whole of Switzerland.
