SPOT HUG
Spot HUG is the latest addition to the Spot product family and offers easy hardware installation. It has the
same functions as Spot 2 (Check-in, Help and SOS), plus Spot HUG monitors your vehicle’s position when
activated. Its AA batteries ensure that Spot HUG can continue sending position notifications even when
your vehicle’s battery is disconnected. It is operated via a small remote control that neatly attaches to your
key ring, for example.

The perfect solution for remote monitoring with world wide coverage (except polar regions): A GPS receiver
com-bined with an Inmarsat modem and packed into a very strong, waterproof unit that will fit into the
palm of your hand. The unit works completely automatically. You only need a power supply and an unimpeded
view of the sky. It then transmits position data including height, course and speed to our server at
these intervals. The satellite tracker can be used for remote tracking purposes of objects with a 12 or 24V
power supply. This technology has also proved exceptional for providing live reports of your trip for your
web site and thus contributes to an efficient marketing of your ventures. Other advantages are the high
reliability and the transparent costs. You can display the tracks directly on any PC with TTQV (Power User
or Professional version) or through our webgateway with any PC with internet connection. As options,
an emergency button, a geofencing extension kit for antitheft-protection with automatic tracklogging and
interfaces to a bulgary alarm system are available.
