Engine Guard, Husqvarna TE 449/511
The primary protection for enduro riding is a solid
engine guard. For the new Husqvarna models we
now offer very robust protection for the engine of
the Italian enduro bike. A particularly tenacious and
impact-resistant 3mm aluminium alloy was used for
the engine guard. In addition to excellent protection,
the Touratech engine guard has other benefits. For
one thing, it makes it considerably easier to “slide
over” rocks (easier on your conscience too!) and is
a solid contact point for any common motocrossstyle
box stand. Maintenance work remains possible
without problems thanks to the quick assembly and
disassembly. The engine guard is provided with
instructions and all materials required for fitting.

A defective radiator usually means the end of the
journey. Very annoying on enduro outings; in a
competition, the failure means that you certainly
will not finish. Even an unfortunate fall can damage
the radiator in such a way that it is not possible to
carry on as it is. Not to mention the costs of a new
radiator! The Touratech radiator Hard Part offers solid
protection here. Large but lightweight frame made of
aluminium with additional forward-facing supports
that’ll take the strain! For both sides.
