Springs for Öhlins shock absorber,
BMW G 450 X
The G 450 X is fitted with an excellent Öhlins absorber. We
have a wide, sophisticated range of springs with altered
spring rates to adjust the shock absorber to the rider and
riding conditions. The original on the BMW has a spring
rate of 58, which is ideal for riders of around 75 kg in combined
enduro and cross-country use. In pure motocross and
for heavier riders, the harder spring rates are much better
(60-64). We recommend the 56 for much lighter riders.

Stiffer fork springs BMW G 450 X
We offer two stiffer versions for the optimum and
individual adjustment of the G 450 X forks (series
4.8). We recommend the 5.0 version for mainly fast
motorcross use. Version 4.5 is better for mixed use
and lighter riders.
