Where there is an extended stay element? I mean, we have Hilton
residence which is our traditional extended stay product. We look
to possibly incorporate some of that within the Garden Inn,
within Doubletree, within the Hilton, not brand in it specifically.
So we would incorporate maybe in regional cities a small
percentage of suites or extended stay products. Istanbul, yes, I
am not convinced yet there is a market for extended stay brands
in the regional cities. But that will clearly emerge as Turkey grows.
Alaeddin Babao¤lu: Thank you Mike. So Kemal, for investors,
maybe some final word from your part as project management
company. What would you propose or suggest?
Kemal Okumufl: Yes, as discussed earlier, whole the hotel
operators when they are entering a new market, they are
choosing experienced advisors in the hotel business, project
management business. It is also true for the investors. They have
to choose or get advice from international advisors before
choosing the operator or choosing the size of the hotel. And
as discussed earlier they have to assign a experienced designer,
architect who has experience in the hotel business because also
maybe specific hotel experience because each hotel operator
has thick design documentation. So if they are experienced in
those documentation, the processes become quick.
Alaeddin Babao¤lu: Thank you very much. Maybe, I would
like to also have, please feel free, some questions to us. We
would be glad to answer.
Andreas Martin: Obviously you answered all the questions. I
would like to thank you again. Thank you to the panelists. Thank
you to Alaaddin Babao¤lu, a final word from you?
Alaeddin Babao¤lu: I want to just show my happiness again
because I have started with hotel and tourism school in Turkey,
some 30 years ago and I was not even dreaming that we are
coming to these stages, also in the international hospitality. So
this is a more personal happiness at the moment and thank you
very much also, listening to us, having the patience and to all
our attendants. Thank you.
Andreas Martin: Yes, thank you to the audience for staying
with us and if you do have a few more questions maybe while
to see. And I hope to see some of you then at the lounge. Thank
you again for being with us and thank you to the panelists. Bye bye,
