presence olmas› gerekecek, gerekiyor da. Ama flirketin her flehirde<br />

bir ofisi olmas› gerekmiyecek ya da kiralamas› gerekmeyecek.<br />

Bunu bir elektrik, su fleyi al›r gibi, hizmeti al›r gibi bina hizmet<br />

al›nca¤›n›, veya çal›flma yeri, çal›flma mekan› hizmeti flekline<br />

dönüflece¤ini zannediyorum. Henüz oralarda de¤iliz ama oralara<br />

gelece¤iz gibi.<br />

Maxence Liagre: I think that as we see the facility management<br />

in Turkey started just by an industrial link of security, cleaning<br />

and technical assistance. Today the facility management companies<br />

are pushing us also with a package of offer, like special rates on<br />

electricity and so on. And I think that by the time it will be a full<br />

offer. And the facility management company will becoming to<br />

us with also incomes, they will offer us incomes like the putting<br />

advertising on the façade of the building or using some solution<br />

partners as income providers. And we will not be seeing only a<br />

cost that will see cost minus income and the net off. And I think<br />

that it would be probably the future, at least for now, we will be<br />

asking on the developers side and owners side.<br />

Peter Ankerstjerne: I think in the short term I think we will<br />

see a merge between corporate real estate functions and facility<br />

management and also the service provisions. I think they all planned<br />

this, that so that every big FM company that will be talking about<br />

integration. It is a very natural thing that these things integrate.<br />

Also, in the short term, I think, sustainability is going to be a huge<br />

factor. The drive we can see from legislation in EU, but also from<br />

WWF, world climate savers, UN and other areas that we will go<br />

in and look at the lead certifications on buildings, Breeam<br />

certifications and energy consumption in buildings. The more long<br />

term perspectives I very much agree with Mustafa and we will<br />

look at specialization and the workplace in a different way. We<br />

will not be confined to an office space that where I have a desk<br />

and a chair. We will be able to work differently through networks,<br />

through technology, use of technology, Internet and so on. But<br />

I think that we will so have to wait 3 and 5 years before that really<br />

kicks in the industry, so far at least.<br />

From my perspective, what I am really lucky to find here is that we are not speaking about technique only. Because if<br />

you go to German speaking countries, facility management equals technique and that is wrong. That is totally wrong.<br />

I think what I really enjoy here is that we are talking about management, that we were talking about defining services<br />

and only paying the services we need, defining these things. What I think is that we are lucky mostly to talk about<br />

what we do. You said something about reporting Mustafa, most of us are not recognized. We only recognize when<br />

something is broken. If CFO is in the elevator and stops there, we have a problem. But we are not talking about how<br />

many things we do in advance that this doesn't happen. We are not talking about the value added we bring for the<br />

company and that was the reason why I think we should find out to a CFO is what is the value added by our work.<br />

What is the value added of our management and we shouldn't make the same mistake we did in Austria and Germany,<br />

to outsource everything. Facility management is a management task within the company and we need a lot of good<br />

service providers to help us carrying out the services. So, hopefully, we see each other next year here and talk about<br />

more about management and thank you for your audience and have a nice day. Bye...<br />
