Dispersion modeling (Stack Release Considerations for the Silo 3 Project, Doc. No. 40430-
CA-0003) was performed to quantify the impact of estimated emissions from the Silo 3
exhaust stack. The dispersion modeling for the Silo 3 exhaust stack emissions used the
FEMP site-specific meteorological data and the CAP88-PC computer software package to
be consistent with the requirements of 40 CFR 61, Subpart H. The results of the
dispersion modeling for the Silo 3 exhaust stack emissions are summarized in Table 2-2.
