Revised stack height and flow rates. Calculate doses at particular receptor locations corresponding to monitoring stations, as well as the calculation of the maximum doseflocation of occurrence Change particulate source term from 1 mg/cubic meter to one based on dust concentrations constrained to 10% of the DAC for Th-230. Other changes include the consideration of the initial headspace venting of Silo 3 as a separate event, including Rn-219 and Rn-220, as well as Rn-222 in the radon calculations, and assuming the maximum exposed member of the public receives 100% of the exposure while outdoors. Changed density of waste from 42.2 Ibs/ft3-to 50 ibs/ft3, and radon emanation factor from 0.18 to 0.35. Process removal rate changed from 10 cyhr to 6 cyhr. :-
