A once-in-a-lifetime experience – crossing the Atlantic on
a tall ship. To have nothing but the force of the elements
as your guide is a unique feeling. And watching our majestic
tall ship catch the breeze in its white sails will be a
moment that you will never forget. Once you have crossed
the Atlantic, you will be eager to plan your next crossing on
board the Sea Cloud ii.
Cruise along the Columbus route
The Sea Cloud ii takes exactly the same route across
the Atlantic as Columbus did in 1492. However, back
then the pioneering explorer was unaware of what we
now know about the precise conditions that guarantee
many magnificent hours beneath the ship’s white sails –
in the winter months the sea’s current and the trade
winds offer up perfect conditions for vessels sailing from
east to west.
Plenty of time for relaxation
For 16 whole days you can enjoy the sun rise over the
stern as we sail a westward course, always heading towards
a magnificent sunset. Surrounded by vast horizons,
sun, wind and sea, pampered by our attentive crew and
enchanted by the magical atmosphere aboard our tall ship,
you will sail gently towards a new world of relaxation.
A lecturer accompanies the trip
We have invited a lecturer to join us on this trip who will
give interesting lectures about his specialist field. These
talks will be diverse, informative and entertaining, and
our lecturer will be available throughout the entire trip to
answer any questions.

In order to be absolutely sure that your luggage comes with
you on the Atlantic crossing, we recommend that you arrive in
las Palmas at least a day in advance:
Pre-cruise stay in las Palmas from 23 nov. to 24 nov. 2013.
One night bed and breakfast in a first-class hotel, including
transfer and island trip.
Rates upon request.

Prolong your cruise in the same cabin for an extra nine days on
board from Curaçao to Puerto limón from 11 Dec. to 19 Dec.
