Laundry:<br />
Our washing and ironing service is provided at an<br />
additional charge and carried out overnight. For guests<br />
staying in Cat. A-C cabins (<strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong>), Cat. A+B cabins<br />
(<strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> ii) or Cat. A cabins (RiveR <strong>Cloud</strong> ii), this<br />
service is provided free of charge.<br />
Massage/beauty treatments/hairdresser:<br />
For your own personal comfort, we provide a range<br />
of spa services on board the <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> ii and the<br />
RiveR <strong>Cloud</strong> ii (massages and beauty treatments at<br />
an extra charge), using the finest products from Maria<br />
Galland. A hairdresser is also available on board the<br />
RiveR <strong>Cloud</strong> ii.<br />
Medical advice:<br />
The <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> and the <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> ii both have<br />
on-board hospitals managed by the ship’s doctor, who is<br />
available at any time in the event of an emergency. A ship’s<br />
doctor is also on board for our journeys along the Danube<br />
delta with the RiveR <strong>Cloud</strong> ii. No lifts are available on<br />
our yachts and guests will have to use the stairs, therefore<br />
you should make sure you are in good physical health<br />
before embarking on one of our voyages. If you are unsure<br />
whether you will be able to manage the conditions on<br />
board, please contact us. Specific care must be agreed<br />
upon in advance.<br />
On-board programme:<br />
The main attraction is, of course, sailing and seafaring skills<br />
on board our windjammers as well as the banks as they pass<br />
by when travelling with the river yacht. Lecturers and artists<br />
are also on board selected voyages, offering stimulating<br />
talks or additional entertainment. An on-board pianist will<br />
be playing on all ships during our afternoon coffee service<br />
and in the evenings. In addition, guests can borrow books<br />
(in both English and German), popular board games, as well<br />
as DVDs (RiveR <strong>Cloud</strong> ii and <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> ii only).<br />
Restaurant:<br />
On our yachts, you will eat in one sitting with a free choice<br />
of table seating. Meal times are printed on the daily on-board<br />
programme.<br />
Smoking:<br />
Smoking is only permitted on the outside decks.<br />
Watersports equipment:<br />
On board the <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> and the <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Cloud</strong> ii you will<br />
have access to windsurfing and waterski facilities, as well<br />
as snorkelling equipment – enough for all of our guests<br />
and available in a range of sizes.<br />

association for luxury, privately-run<br />
