Belgium and the Netherlands – two small kingdoms overflowing
with charm: Amsterdam – Antwerp (Brussels)
Feel the beat of jazz and swing with
our musicians on board
The Benelux countries have an undeniable fondness for
jazz and swing, which is cultivated in countless music
clubs. Jazz and swing musicians will also be making an
appearance on board where they will entertain our guests
with a wide variety of styles.
Kaleidoscopic Amsterdam
Amsterdam is small and homely, cosmopolitan and avantgarde,
an international metropolis and a royal capital.
Depending on your approach, this city will show you each
of its many faces in a constantly changing light. Discover
the charm of its canals, be inspired by its internationally
renowned designs and feel the excitement as night falls.
Fascinating cities – big and small
It seems that the medieval architecture of old has stood
the test of time in the UNESCO World Heritage cities of
Bruges and Ghent. But hiding behind this romantic scene,
you will find a wonderfully energetic and modern urban
setting. Contrasts align seamlessly, even in large cities
such as Antwerp; tomorrow’s fashion styles lay in wait
behind Art Nouveau facades and modern art can be found
nestled in Renaissance buildings.
Undiscovered Holland
The small town of Willemstad is a typical Dutch fortress
settlement, whose beautiful town centre remains hidden
behind the seven bastions of the surrounding fortification
wall. Another gem is Zeeland’s provincial capital
Middelburg. More than 1,200 listed houses stand as a
testament to the town’s rich past as the headquarter of
the Dutch East India Company.
