Management agrees to refer new classifications or classification changes resulting<br />
from the transformation to the Local 721 Classification Committee for review.<br />
Pursuant to the <strong>County</strong>’s Employee Relations Ordinance, upon written request by the<br />
Union, Management agrees to meet and confer with the union on the impact of<br />
implementing work rule changes specifically related to DMH’s transformation when<br />
such matters are not covered by Memoranda of Understanding, Civil Service Rules, or<br />
other laws, regulations, or agreements between the parties.<br />
The Mental Health Transformation Committee will establish a methodology to enhance<br />
the delivery of clinical care under the MHSA and maximize revenue under the MHSA.<br />
In order to maximize the work hours spent on direct client services the committee will<br />
evaluate the appropriate benchmark to achieve revenue maximization under MHSA,<br />
with the goal of achieving common industry standards.<br />

and healthful work place, including measures to protect employees from workplace<br />
