bhojanänte piye kåñëa subäsita bäri<br />

sabe mukha prakhäloy ho'ye säri säri<br />

SYNONYMS<br />

bhojanänte–after lunch; piye kåñëa–Kåñëa drinks; suväsita väri–sweet-scented<br />

water; sabe–all His friends; mukha prakhäloy–wash their mouths; ho'ye säri<br />

säri–standing in lines.<br />

TRANSLATION<br />

After lunch, Kåñëa drinks rose-scented water. Then all of the boys, standing<br />

in lines, wash their mouths.<br />

Text Twelve<br />

hasta-mukha prakhäliyä jata sakhä-gaëe<br />

änande biçräma kore baladeva-sane<br />

SYNONYMS<br />

hasta-mukha–their hands and mouths; prakhäliyä–after washing; jata<br />

sakhä-gaëe–all the cowherd boys; änande–in great bliss; viçräma kore–they<br />

take rest; baladeva-sane–along with Lord Balaräma.<br />

TRANSLATION<br />

After all the cowherd boys wash their hands and mouths, in great bliss they<br />
