The package format is the same regardless of whether the package is created by <strong>SAS</strong><br />

Management Console or <strong>SAS</strong> Data Integration Studio. A package that is exported using<br />

<strong>SAS</strong> Management Console can be imported using <strong>SAS</strong> Data Integration Studio, and vice<br />

versa.<br />

Selective Promotion<br />

The wizards provide the following options for selecting objects to export or import:<br />

3 You can select multiple nested folders.<br />

3 In <strong>SAS</strong> Data Integration Studio, you can select an entire repository.<br />

3 You can include all of the objects that are contained in a folder (or repository), or<br />

just selected objects, as shown in the following example:
