NE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT<br />

7. Turn the crankshaft and tighten the cam<br />

sprocket bolts.<br />

Camshaft Sprocket:<br />

24 Nm (2.4 kg, 17<br />

Be sure to attain the specified torque value to<br />

avoid the possibility of these bolts coming loose<br />

and causing damage to the engine.<br />

8. Install:<br />

Front Cylinder Head<br />

When installing the front cylinder head, repeat<br />

the rear cylinder head installation procedure.<br />

However, note the following points.<br />

1. Install:<br />

Camshafts<br />

1 Rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise<br />

360" plus and added 70" total)<br />

from the mark.<br />

2) Align the mark on the flywheel<br />

with the stationary pointer on the<br />

crankcase cover use 32 mm wrench.<br />

3) Install the cam chain sprockets onto the<br />

camshafts.<br />

NOTE:<br />

Make sure the "FRONT" mark on the cam<br />

chain sprockets face away from the "IN" mark<br />

and "EX" mark on the camshaft.<br />
