FRONT AND REAR BRAKE
BRAKE ONLY:
Be sure to position the shim so that its
arrow mark points in the rotating direction
of the disc plate rotation.
CALIPE SASSEMBLY
1. Remove:
Pads
Refer to "CALIPER PAD
ME section.
2. Remove:
hose
Place the open hose end into a container and
pump the old fluid out carefully.
3. Remove:
Caliper
Never loosen the bridge bolts on either side
of the caliper.
4. Remove:
Dust seals
Piston seals
By the following removal steps.
Caliper piston removal steps:
a of wooden board into the
caliper to lock the right side piston.
compressed air into the tube joint
opening to force out the left side piston
from the caliper body.
Repeat previous step t o force out the right
side piston from the caliper body.
