FRONT AND REAR BRAKE
All internal parts should be cleaned in new brake
fluid only. Do not use solvents w ill cause seals
to sw ell and distort.
1. Inspect:
Brake pads
Over specified limit Replace.
2. Inspect:
Caliper piston
Rust/W ear/Dam age Replace.
Dust seal/Piston seal
Dam age Replace.
Replace the piston and dust seals w henever a
caliper is disassem bled.
NOTE:
M aster cylinder kit
M aster cylinder body
Scratches/W ear Replace.
Clean all passages with new brake fluid.
Oil baffle plate
Brake hose
Cracks/W ear/Dam age Replace.
BRAKE REASSEM BLY
* A l internal parts should be cleaned in new
brake fluid only.
Internal parts should be lubricated w ith brake
fluid w hen installed.
