HYDRAULICCLUTCH<br />

Grease the pivot point<br />

0 Master cylinder<br />

4. Bleed the air completely from the clutch<br />

system.<br />

AIR BLEEDING<br />

Bleed the clutch system it:<br />

0 The system has been disassembled.<br />

A clutch hose has been loosened or removed.<br />

The clutch fluid is very low.<br />

clutch operation isfaulty.<br />

1. Bleed:<br />

fluid (brakefluid)<br />

By the following steps.<br />

Air bleeding steps:<br />

a. Add proper brake fluid to the reservoir.<br />

b. Install the diaphragm. Be careful not to<br />

spill any fluid or allow the reservoir to over<br />

flow.<br />

c. Connect the clear plastic hose to the<br />

bleed screw.<br />

d. Place the other end of the tube into a<br />

container.<br />

e. Slowly apply the clutch lever several times.<br />

f. Pull in the lever and hold it in position.<br />

g. Loosen the bleed screw and allow the lever<br />

to travel slowly toward its limit.<br />

h. Tighten the bleed screw when the lever<br />

has reached its limit, then release the lever<br />

6 Nm (0.6 kg, 4.3
