Troubleshooting Chart (1)
R em ove the seat.
ELECTRIC STARTING SYSTEM
,
Disconnect the “L/W” lead from the starter
relay.
C heck the battery voltag e (12V) on the
“L/W” lead from the starter relay.

C onnect the “LA N ” lead from the starter
relay to the battery negative (-) term inal; use
a jum per lead .

The engine does not rev sm oothly,
Recharge or replace the battery.
C orrect the battery term inal connection.
If the starter relay does not click; replace the
relay.
