6.6 Line inductance<br />

Line inductance means including chokes on each of the three power lines.<br />

Its function is to reduce the harmonics generated in mains. The<br />

recommended value is given by the formula:<br />

When not installing the mains filter, we recommend to use the line inductance<br />

in order to minimize disturbances, although is warned that this inductance<br />

does not guarantee the compliance with the CE seal.<br />

MANDATORY. Do not install line chokes in line with RPS or XPS regenerative<br />

power supplies. They generate interference in the regenerating<br />

mechanism.<br />
