somnography, Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESE) and HRV were assessed<br />

at baseline and after one month of each treatment. Diaries were used to<br />

evaluate compliance. Repeated measures ANOVA model was applied.<br />

Results: Both active treatments led to a decrease in the AHI and ESE,<br />

although CPAP had a greater effect. For HRV, there was a decrease in<br />

the total power at night with CPAP (14608.6±960.9 ms2/Hz) and OA<br />

(15576.9±1123.3 ms2/Hz), both compared to placebo (19108.8±1759.1<br />
