CM code 780.52): 63.4%(±2.1%)female and 36.6%(±2.1%)male;<br />

82.3%(±2.4%)’white’,10.7%(±1.8%)’black’; mean± age:42.48±0.20<br />

years. The odds ratio(OR) for Insomnia diagnosis from 2001-2006 versus<br />
