NAMA Elects Officers
Election of the 1950-51 officers of the
National Automatic Merchandising Association
took place at the association's annual
board of directors' meeting held during
the recent convention in Chicago.
Selected as president was J. B. Lanagan.
president of the Nik-O-Lok Co.. to succeed
George M. Seedman of the Rowe Service
Co.
For the first
time in NAMA history, two
vice-presidents were elected. They are
Aaron Goldman, who is president of the
G. B. Macke Corp., and I. H. Houston,
president of Spacarb, Inc.
Reelected to the treasurer and secretary
posts were J. T. Pierson, president of the
Vendo Co., and C. S. Darling, executive
director of NAMA.
Elected to the board of directors to serve
three-year terms were: Thomas B. Donahue,
National Vendors, Inc.: Herbert C.
Ogle, Vending Machine Corp. of America:
R. L. Strain, American Locker Co., and J. B.
Lanagan, new association president and
director.

and national Popcorn Week, redhaired

Beaudot, of the ABC Popcorn Co., worked
with his wife as co-chairman of the entertainment
committee of the convention which
met at the Stevens hotel October 25 to 28.
