The PHA has:<br />

1) Developed working relationships with owners and other advocates through the<br />

formation of a Landlord Round Table.<br />

2) Established contact with civic, charitable or neighborhood organizations which have<br />

an interest in housing for low-income families and public agencies concerned with<br />

obtaining housing.<br />

R. CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CORE VALUES<br />

AND ETHICAL STANDARDS (24 CFR 982.161)<br />

The PHA requires compliance with all conflict of interest requirements of the <strong>Housing</strong> Choice<br />

Voucher Program. The solicitation or acceptance of gifts or gratuities, in excess of nominal<br />

value by any officer or employee of <strong>CMHA</strong>, or any contractor, subcontractor or agent of <strong>CMHA</strong><br />

is prohibited. <strong>Admin</strong>istrative and disciplinary remedies for violation of the requirements of this<br />

section are contained throughout this <strong>Admin</strong>istrative <strong>Plan</strong>, in <strong>Admin</strong>istrative Order number 11<br />

“Personnel Policy”, and in other applicable PHA <strong>Admin</strong>istrative Orders.<br />
