The PHA has:
1) Developed working relationships with owners and other advocates through the
formation of a Landlord Round Table.
2) Established contact with civic, charitable or neighborhood organizations which have
an interest in housing for low-income families and public agencies concerned with
obtaining housing.
R. CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CORE VALUES
AND ETHICAL STANDARDS (24 CFR 982.161)
The PHA requires compliance with all conflict of interest requirements of the Housing Choice
Voucher Program. The solicitation or acceptance of gifts or gratuities, in excess of nominal
value by any officer or employee of CMHA, or any contractor, subcontractor or agent of CMHA
is prohibited. Administrative and disciplinary remedies for violation of the requirements of this
section are contained throughout this Administrative Plan, in Administrative Order number 11
“Personnel Policy”, and in other applicable PHA Administrative Orders.
