Knowing audience preferences and choices: Requests <strong>for</strong> advice and in<strong>for</strong>mation,<br />

post box, guest announcers, interviewee, vox pops, village visits, panel discussions,<br />

group interview, audience as spectators, talent guests, mobile studio, listening<br />

groups, independent programmes etc. Audience survey & Feed back techniques<br />

Activity: Students collect data on audience choices and feedback, to be evaluated in<br />

class<br />

Assignment: Students given topics upon which panel discussions could be<br />

developed.<br />
