Slovin Unique – Rastoke
U srcu smo vodeničarskog sela Rastoke, na ušću modro-zelene rijeke Slunjčice u rijeku Koranu, okruženi slapovima i 600 m dugim nizom sedrenih barijera. Najveći
broj kuća sagrađen je krajem 19. i početkom 20. st., tako su Rastoke od 1962. god. uvrštene na listu nacionalne kulturno-povijesne baštine. Na imanju se gostima
nudi smještaj u tradicionalnom objektu i kušanje domaćih specijaliteta, žličnjaci, masnica, uštipci, proja, domaći kruh ili pastrva iz vlastitog ribnjaka, u konobi “Pod
rastočkim krovom“. Naš mlin iz 18. st. i danas melje, pa prodajemo kukuruzno brašno i smjesu za proju od prirodnog domaćeg kukuruza. Gosti na imanju mogu
razgledati etnozbirku, ribnjak, patkarnik ili se zabaviti sudjelovanjem u kreativnim radionicama.
We are at the heart of the watermill village of Rastoke, where the blue-green waters of the Slunjčica River meet the Korana River, surrounded by waterfalls and a
600 metre long series of travertine barriers. Most of the houses here were built in the late 19 th and early 20 th century. In 1962, Rastoke was inducted on the list of national
cultural and historical heritage. The estate offers guests accommodation in a traditional house and an opportunity to sample local meals such as dumplings,
masnica pastry, fritters, proja (unleavened corn bread), homemade bread or trout from our own fishpond at the Pod Rastočkim Krovom konoba. Our 18 th century
mill continues to operate to this day and sell corn flour and proja mix of natural home-grown corn. Guests of the estate can tour the ethno collection, fishpond,
duck pond or have fun participating in creative workshops.

Izletište Butina
U selu Kuterevu, najvećem selu na ličkoj strani planine Velebit, naša obitelj već vjekovima njeguje umijeće izrade kuterevske drvenarije, a više od 20 godina bavi
se ugostiteljstvom. Nudimo lokalne specijalitete i tradicijski način pripreme jela, kao i prirodne sokove od bazge, drena, šumskih jagoda te čuvenu ličku šljivovicu i
liker od drena. Gosti na gospodarstvu sudjeluju u spravljanju sijena, brizi za domaće životinje, branju sezonskog voća, kuhanju pekmeza – suvenira za ponijeti kući
te izradi drvenarije. U samom selu je Velebitsko utočište za mlade medvjede jedinstveno u svijetu. Kraj je idealan za planinarenje, vožnju biciklom, fotografiranje
prirode, životinja i ljepota NP Sjeverni Velebit..
For ages our family has nurtured the art of fabricating the woodwork of the village of Kuterevo, the largest village on the Lika side of the Velebit mountain chain, and
for over twenty years we have been in the hospitality business. We offer local specialities and the traditional methods of preparing meals, natural juices of elderberry
flower, cornel berry and wild strawberries, the famed šljivovica (plum brandy) of the Lika region and cornel berry liqueur. Guests of the house are welcome
to participate in the preparation of hay, looking after the domestic animals, picking seasonal fruit and preparing jams – a souvenir to take home, and woodworking
fabrication. The village is also home to the Velebit orphan bear sanctuary, unique in the world. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and an opportunity to photograph
the natural environment, fauna and beauty of Sjeverni Velebit National Park.

Kuća za odmor Matasin
Kuća za odmor autentična je lička kuća s dvorištem, cvjetnjakom, šljivikom i drvenom garniturom za sjedenje ispod stoljetne kruške. Gastronomska ponuda bazira
se na lokalnim specijalitetima, poput finih kobasica, slanine, pršuta, kiselog kupusa, sira, pečenih pastrva na žaru, uštipaka, odličnog ličkog tamnog piva, i naravno
ličke šljivove rakije. Uz kuću je koral s dva konja i uzgajivačnica pasa (njemačkih doga i lovnih terijera). U okolici imanja je izvor rijeke Gacke s restauriranim mlinicama
i izvor rječice Kostelke te staro ribogojilište s riječnim rakovima i pećinom iznad njega. Gosti mogu posjetiti i privatni muzej ličkih umjetnina s bogatom
kolekcijom obitelji Grčević.
Our holiday house is an authentic Lika-style home with a courtyard, flower garden, plum orchard and wooden table and chairs under a century-old pear tree. Our
culinary offer is based on local specialties, such as fine sausage, bacon, cured ham, sauerkraut, cheese, grilled trout, fritters, great Lika dark beer, and of course Lika
šljivovica (plum brandy). Near the house we have a corral with two horses and a kennel where we breed dogs (Great Dane and hunting terriers). Near the property
is the source of the Gacka River with restored mills and the source of the Kostelka Creek and an old fish farm with river crabs and a cave above. Guests can visit the
private Lika Art Museum featuring the Grčević family collection.
