Gospodarstvo se nalazi u blizini povijesnog gradića Gračišća u srcu Istre. Ugostiteljska ponuda bazirana je na lokalnim specijalitetima i tradicijskom načinu pripreme<br />
jela poput istarskog pršuta, tjestenine i drugih suhomesnatih proizvoda iz vlastite proizvodnje, dok je specijalitet kuće razno meso ispod peke. Nudimo i vrhunsko<br />
vino i prirodne sokove. Gosti mogu sudjelovati u raznim aktivnostima na gospodarstvu te koristiti dječje igralište. Okolica je raj za šetnju, između ostalih i po pješačkoj<br />
stazi sv. Šimuna – Gračišće (10 km) do starog mlinskog naselja Žlepčari i najvećeg istarskog slapa Sopot (30 m).<br />
The estate is located near the historic town of Gračišće in the heart of Istria. The culinary offer is based on local specialities and traditional methods of preparation<br />
including Istrian cured ham, pastas and other cured meat products from our own production, while the house speciality are various meats prepared under a baking<br />
lid (pod pekom). We also offer top quality wines and natural fruit juices. Guests are welcome to participate in farm activities and to use the playground for kids.<br />
The surroundings are a paradise for long walks, including the Sveti Šimun (St Simeon) hiking trail – Gračišće (10 km) to the old miller’s hamlet of Žlepčari and to<br />
Sopot, the tallest Istrian waterfall (30 m).<br />

Tradicionalno se bavimo proizvodnjom vina i drugih autohtonih poljoprivrednih proizvoda. U zadnjih 10 godina spojili smo proizvodnju s turizmom na selu. Isključivo<br />
sami radimo na imanju i postižemo vrhunske rezultate na međunarodnim i domaćim izložbama vina. U krugu od najmanje 30 km nema veće prometnice ili<br />
drugih zagađivača. Uz predani rad i ljubav prema prirodi, to je jamstvo da je svaki proizvod s ovoga gospodarstva zdrav i kvalitetan. Gosti željni malo avanture, mogu<br />
iskušati jahanje na pitomom konju.<br />
We have a long tradition in the production of wine and other local agricultural produce. Over the past decade, we have combined this agricultural production with<br />
<strong>rur</strong>al tourism. The estate is the fruit of own labours and we have achieved top results at international and national wine exhibitions. There are no major roads or<br />
other sources of pollution in a 30 kilometres radius. Our dedicate work and love of nature are a guarantee that all of the produce of this estate is healthy and of the<br />
highest quality. Guests are also welcome to try their hand at horseback riding.<br />

The enchanting Mount Učka, clear skies and the beauty of the natural environment can be experienced at the Volte estate. Located on a hill near the town of Buzet<br />
it offers the traditional cuisine of the region. Every passer-by and dear guest is a part of our story. Our enchanting konoba offers good wine and food and we also<br />
provide accommodation in comfortable rooms. Active holiday, sports and hunting enthusiasts will be in their element here – every day the surroundings are richer<br />
