Getting Started with CreativeStudio<br />
Tip: The machine does not need to be stitching to record a pattern.<br />
It is the movement of the stitcher that is being captured, not the<br />
movement of the needle. If stitching while recording is desired, just<br />
press the Start button<br />
3. Press Record to begin.<br />
Move the stitcher to create a new pattern.<br />
Tip: There is a limit of recording for 8 minutes only, so plan<br />
accordingly.<br />
4. Press Record again to end.<br />
CS automatically creates a pattern, gives it a name, and saves it to a special folder<br />
called C:\Patterns Recorded. The format for the pattern name is:<br />
C:\Patterns Recorded\RecordedQLI_yyyyMonddhhss.qli<br />
where yyyy = the year<br />
Mon = alpha abbreviation of the month<br />
dd = the day<br />
hh = the hour<br />
ss = the second<br />
.qli is the file type needed by CS.<br />
It is a good idea to rename the pattern file if it should be kept for future use.<br />
