management <strong>of</strong> the private buildingdevelopments for the purposes <strong>of</strong> advisingand assisting them in delineating andmarking the respective designated EVAs(e.g. with easily observable markings).(7) <strong>The</strong> PSRC (set up under the HAD) shouldlook harder into various means <strong>of</strong>resolving EVA problems in private streets,particularly those which because <strong>of</strong>compensation related considerations, havebeen deleted from the relevant resumptionprogramme.(8) <strong>The</strong> BMCCs (set up under the HAD) shouldstrengthen their coordinating efforts oneliminating fire hazards inside the targetbuildings within their respectivedistricts and also assisting the ownersconcerned in properly maintaining theirFSIs and equipment.(9) <strong>The</strong> Plan D should draw up a set <strong>of</strong> clearlydefined guidelines regarding thedelineation <strong>of</strong> 'large' developments <strong>of</strong>NTEHs for the purposes <strong>of</strong> implementing theEVA requirements.(10) <strong>The</strong> HD should liaise with the FSD with aview to drawing up a programme forinspecting all the completed enhancementworks to EVAs currently being carried outin the PHEs.(11) <strong>The</strong> Arch SD should provide the buildingmanagement concerned, during the handingover <strong>of</strong> the completed public sectorbuildings, with detailed information (e.g.a layout plan) showing the locations <strong>of</strong>the EVAs. <strong>The</strong> Arch SD should also coordinatewith such building managementwith a view to, where appropriate,physically delineating the designed EVAs.- 108 -
